Receiving complaints is not fun and we do everything we can to make you as a customer happy: an electrical webshop with the best products, excellent customer service, a good returns policy, an extensive warranty period and extensive help with your choices and problems. It is logical that we receive such a high rating from our customers.

However, something can always go wrong. Are you not satisfied with something? Please contact us first via the complaints form on this page or e-mail: info@inelektro.nl. We will then see what we can do to solve your problem.

Filing a complaint outside InElektro

If you have been unable to resolve your issue and wish to file a complaint, you can do so through various channels:

  • Registering the dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation.
  • Since 2020, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr.

If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the platform of the European Union.
