Payment and shipping
You can place orders in our electrical webshop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. If you place your order before 3 p.m., it will be prepared for shipment immediately, provided the products are in stock. In most cases you will receive the order within 1 to 2 working days, via our carriers.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Please note: once an order has been shipped from us, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code with which you can track the order online. Also keep an eye on your spam folder; sometimes an email ends up in this folder.
Payment options
There are different payment options:
- In the Netherlands you pay via iDEAL, PayPal or bank transfer
- In Belgium via Bancontact or bank transfer
- You can also pick up your order at the Veenendaal collection point. You can pay in advance in the webshop or pay at the collection point with PIN or cash
Shipping information
- Orders in the webshop will be shipped to you within 1 to 2 working days
- Deliveries that come by special transport are delivered within 5 days. You can also make an appointment for delivery so that you receive the products at a convenient time. We deliver with our own transport and if your delivery address is on our route, we will sometimes be there the next day
- Sometimes a product is not in stock with us. Delivery of your order will follow as soon as possible. In your account at You can find more information about this inelektro
- Different delivery times apply during public holidays
- Our deliveries are offered by DPD or Packs (heavy packages and long freight). We also have the option to deliver these goods ourselves.
Shippingcosts
When you place your order you will see exactly how much the shipping costs are. As of 2024, the shipping costs are as follows (all amounts stated include VAT):
- Orders from €100 are shipped free of charge
- Standard package within the Netherlands: €6.95
- For products with a length from 1.50 meters to a length of 2 meters, the shipping costs are €14.90 (free from €500)
- For products with a length of more than 2 meters, the delivery costs are €39.95 (free from €500)
- For cables on a roll (100m), heavier than 30kg, the rates are the same as for a long package.
- Delivery in Belgium and Germany (standard package): €9.50.
- Delivery in Belgium and Germany (long lengths/heavy products): €90 (minimum order value €500)
- A surcharge applies for shipments to the Wadden Islands
Deliveries to other countries are also possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
Right of withdrawal
The law stipulates that a buyer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons. This must be done within 14 days. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right, you then have 14 days to return the product.
