Warranty and returns
Our products always come with a 2-year warranty. This way you can be sure that you can use the product you buy from us for a long time. Inelektro supplies high-quality products so that sustainability is guaranteed. If something breaks, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the applicable warranty period, with exceptions, which are discussed below.

Warranty period
Bee Inelektro you get a standard 2-year warranty on your purchases. Sometimes a longer warranty period applies through the supplier, for example 3 years or 5 years. In both cases we will help you take advantage of the applicable warranty.
If a product is damaged or defective, we will conduct an investigation to determine the cause. We will then arrange for repairs or the product will be replaced. If both are not possible, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.
The costs of shipping from your address to Veenendaal are borne by us up to a maximum of €6.95 incl. VAT.
To claim the warranty you must meet the conditions. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Negligent maintenance or improper use
- Damage due to the instructions for use not being followed or not being followed correctly
- Negligence or intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear
Returns procedure
Do you want to return a product because you regret your purchase, it does not meet your needs or perhaps it is defective? In all cases you must use the returns form. If you have any questions about returns, please contact us by email: info@inelektro.nl .
Customers of Inelektro have the right to return their complete order within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons. In that case, you will receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs (unless you return part of the order), refunded to your account. The costs for the return itself are at your expense.
If you exercise the right to return a product, that product must be returned, including all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. InElectro to be returned. Always include the return form, your details and the invoice.
If the returned product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on a reduction in the value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged.
After receipt, we will refund the paid order amount, including shipping costs if applicable, to your account within 14 days.
