When is anti-panic lighting necessary?
The Emergency Unit is necessary, for example, in workplaces. This is because people can be exposed to special dangers if the lighting fails.
This is also important for spaces where there is little or no daylight. Emergency lighting must be present at these workplaces. This applies to at least 10% of the normal lighting intensity. The emergency lighting must be on within 5 seconds and remain on for at least one hour afterwards.
