Splashproof bicycle charging point 16 A/250 Vac with earthing contact, protective shutters and with plug-in terminals, excluding surface-mounted box, black. Protective flap: Each wall socket is completely covered by a hinged protective flap. A spring and a mounting hook keep the protective flap firmly closed. The sockets are equipped with plug-in terminals with release for clamping the wires. The releases are operated manually or with a screwdriver from the front. All connection terminals are located at the top of the base and can contain up to 4 x 2.5 mm² of wire. The earth terminal even up to 2 x 2.5 mm² + 2 x 4 mm². The stripping length (14 mm) of the wires is indelibly marked on the back of the base. The base is provided with two rectangular recesses at the bottom for integrating a lighting element. A lighting element with wires or an automatic lighting element can be clicked into the left recess (front view). The base is provided with round recesses on the back, which ensure that the automatic lighting element makes direct contact with the mechanism when clicking in, and is therefore also immediately connected correctly. The function is placed in a splash-proof surface-mounted box. The function has an injection-moulded seal and seals hermetically on the adapted box.
Wiring space: Two laterally positioned holders in the box grip the mechanism. A snap connection holds the wired mechanism in place. There is 15.7 mm of wiring space under the mechanism. The cover has an injection-moulded seal and seals hermetically on the adapted box. The socket outlet is made of impact-resistant, dust-resistant, halogen-free and self-extinguishing polypropylene (UL94-V2/1.6 mm). The protective cover is made of dimensionally stable ABS. The socket outlet has a high-quality brass earthing contact.
