Splashproof surface-mounted changeover switch 10 AX/250 Vac with plug-in terminals, excluding surface-mounted box. The contact sockets are equipped with plug-in terminals with release for clamping the wires. The releases are operated manually or with a screwdriver from the front. All connection terminals are located on the top of the base and can contain up to 2 x 2.5 mm² of wire. The stripping length (12 mm) of the wires and the connection diagram are indelibly marked on the back of the base. The terminal designation and the switch symbol are indelibly marked on the front. The base is provided with two rectangular recesses at the bottom for integrating a lighting element. A lighting element with wires or an automatic lighting element can be clicked into the left-hand recess (front view). The base is provided with round recesses at the back that ensure that the automatic lighting element makes direct contact with the mechanism when it is clicked in and is therefore also connected correctly immediately. The function is placed in a splash-proof surface-mounted box. The function has an injection-moulded seal and seals hermetically on the adapted box.
Wiring space: Two laterally positioned holders in the box grip the mechanism. A snap connection holds the wired mechanism in place. There is 21.9 mm of wiring space under the mechanism. The cover has an injection-moulded seal and seals hermetically to the adapted box. The switch/pushbutton is made of impact-resistant, dust-proof, halogen-free, self-extinguishing polypropylene (UL94-V2/1.6 mm). The operating button is made of dimensionally stable ABS.
