The EHP universal emergency unit for LED tubes is easy to mount. It can be used for almost all LED lighting with a constant (external) LED driver. This emergency luminaire is easy to mount on an existing system, but also on new projects.
You can put it on top of the ceiling and then it is also not visible. The emergency unit has an output of 9-48VDC and it has a maximum load capacity of 55 Watt. In the emergency function, the fixture gives a power of 4W.
The LED driver is connected to the emergency unit together with the fixture using the supplied connection cables. The phase for emergency power is connected directly to the emergency unit. The power supply for the LED driver remains intact.
With this EHP product you can turn a LED panel into an emergency lighting fixture. Ideal for places where you need to keep light constant and where dangers could otherwise arise.
The EHP Emergency Unit cannot be used when the load is too high/low .
The emergency unit is supplied complete with: a 3-hour battery, a green control LED spotlight, a test button and a coupling system.
When is emergency lighting necessary?
The Emergency Unit is necessary, for example, in workplaces. This is because people can be exposed to special dangers if the lighting fails.
This is also important in rooms where there is little or no daylight.
Emergency lighting must be present at these workplaces. This applies to at least 10% of the normal lighting intensity. The emergency lighting must burn within 5 seconds and remain burning for at least one hour afterwards.
The emergency lighting offered by Elektrohandelsprijzen.nl meets all requirements!
EHP built-in emergency unit can be used for almost all LED tubes up to 25 watts. In emergency mode, the emergency unit gives off the same wattage as the mounted LED tube, so the light stays on at 100%. Depending on the wattage used, the life of the battery pack changes:
2 hours: 10-14w
1.5 hours: 14-18w
1 hour: 19-25w
Do not use wattages higher than 25w to ensure a minimum autonomy of 1 hour.
