Battery backup can be attached to any Plejd puck with clips and ensures that time functions, such as an astronomical clock, are retained in the system in the event of a power failure. Only one Battery backup is required per Plejd system, provided that the products are within each other's wireless range. The BAT-01 can be installed on a wall or on a DIN rail.
